pymongo.errors.ServerSelectionTimeoutError:localhost:27017:[WinError 10061] No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it

I am following the Python tutorial from W3Schools. I just started the MongoDB chapter. I installed MongoDB and checked it with:

import pymongo

without getting an error.

But as soon as I enter the following code:

import pymongomyclient = pymongo.MongoClient("mongodb://localhost:27017/")mydb = myclient["mydatabase"]mycol = mydb["customers"]mydict = { "name": "John", "address": "Highway 37" }x = mycol.insert_one(mydict)print(x.inserted_id)

I get these messages and an error message at the bottom in cmd:

I also tried too disabling firewall temporarily, but the error kept coming up.

I used:

"python 3.8.2, mongoDB 4.2.5.0, pymongo 3.10.1, windows 10 home"

What is going wrong?
