Combining filters between multiple columns

How to sum filter using conditions in multiple columns

    A      B          C        D  Ben      1         Tom       1  Joe      3         Ben       4  Tom      2         Ben       1

I want to get the sum of B,D where A,C does not equal Joe...basically get everyone's hours except Joes.
