Password strength not showing in Microsoft Self-service password reset portal, any solution please?

I have mistakenly made some changes. don't know what I did affected and how. but Im not able to see the password strength while using the Microsoft SSPR portal. I have attached old image. please check. it should be display complexity requirements like this.

I don't know what is the solution. what I did before. Before also it was not showing. after some changes it was resolved. but I did some mistake dont know when and what.
