Why video is taking much time to load in ionic with capacitor

I'm not finding any solution to load video within 1s or so in iOS / iPhone

iOS/iPhone loading time:

1. 31 GB video takes 5-7 seconds
2. 92 GB video takes 7-9 seconds
3. 401 GB video takes 16-18 seconds.

here is what i have added as video

<video autoplay preload="metadata" muted src="/path/video.mp4" />

The loading is very much frustrating the end user.

Please suggest me what i'm missing or what should i include to reduce the loading time for video.
